82 new, energy efficient one and two bed apartments for key workers – coming soon!

The Council has agreed to sell 82 new apartments at Union Yard (Seacole Place and Burton House) to a key worker housing provider. This follows the sale of 18 affordable apartments to VIVID Housing in March 2025.
This supports Rushmoor Borough Council’s commitment to delivering quality homes and helping key workers live locally.
These apartments are built to a high-specification set across five floors with some offering outdoor space and wheelchair accessible access.
Each apartment comprises either a one or two double bedroom, open plan living space, kitchen with fitted appliances, separate utility cupboard, fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms, a modern bathroom (two bedrooms benefit from two bathrooms), along with large windows creating a light and airy space.
