Exclusive accommodation for students of University for the Creative Arts, Farnham from September 2024.
Rushmoor Borough Council is excited to announce that Union Yard will offer a new student accommodation option from September 2024*.
Polden Studios at Union Yard will offer 128 bedrooms exclusively for use by UCA students.
Accommodation is available in flats comprising six to eight bedrooms, all en-suite.
Aldershot is a 5 minute train journey from Farnham and an Anytime Day Return is only £2.90† (with a 16-25 railcard).
Buses go directly from outside Union Yard up to every 20 minutes, 7 days a week. Students can travel for less with discounted student bus tickets. For more information, visit the Stagecoach website.
